1. Our Services

We offer:

- Custom travel planning and itinerary design 

- Booking services for flights, hotels, transfers, and holiday packages

- Personalised consultations to tailor trips to your needs

All travel services are booked on your behalf through third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rentals).

2. Consultations and Planning

- The initial virtual consultation (up to 30 minutes) is free of charge.

- Following this consultation, we may charge a planning or service fee, depending on the complexity of the itinerary. Any such fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to planning.

- All itineraries are custom-made and may take 3-7 business days to prepare, depending on request complexity.

3. Booking Terms

- Once you approve an itinerary, we will proceed with bookings through trusted third-party suppliers.

- Bookings are made in your name and confirmation documents will be sent to your provided email address.

- Prices are subject to change until payment is made and services are confirmed.

4. Payment Policy

- Payment is required before finalising bookings for flights, accommodations, or packages.

- We accept payment by Visa Debit, Credit, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer.

- Full payment must be received before any services are confirmed.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

- All changes and cancellation request must be made in writing.

- Any changes or cancellations are subjects to the terms and fees of third-party providers.

- We will assist you in manging changes, but we are not responsible for penalties, fees, or losses incurred as a result.

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the supplier's terms.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and other unforeseen events. Insurance is not included in our standard service unless requested.

7. Your Responsibilities

- Ensure you have valid travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.).

- Review your itinerary and booking details upon receipt.

- Notify us of any discrepancies, special requirements, or corrections as soon as possible.

- Comply with all travel regulations and entry requirements for your chosen destination(s).

8. Liability Disclaimer

- We act only as an agent for the third-party travel providers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or service quality.

- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your trip.

- We are not responsible for force majeure events (e.g., weather disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or political instability). 

9. Privacy & Data Use

- Personal data collected through our website is used solely for planning and booking your travel services.

- We will never share or sell your information to third parties except as required to complete your bookings.

10. Website Use

- You agree not to misuse the website or its contents for commercial, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.

- All content on this website is the intellectual property of Path Finder Travels Ltd and may not be reused without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms
