Cancellation Policy
We're committed to provide you with a seamless and personalised travel planning experience. Please take a moment to review our booking policy before confirming your trip. 1. Consultation & Planning - The initial consultation (30 minutes) is free of charge. - After your consultation, we'll prepare a custom itinerary and quote tailored to your preferences. - If you choose to proceed, a planning or service fee may apply depending on the complexity and scope of the trip. This will be clearly communicated in advance. 2. Booking Process - Once your itinerary is finalised and approved, we'll proceed with bookings (flights, hotels, transfers, car rentals, etc.). - All bookings are made under your name, and you will receive confirmations and travel documents directly via email. - Final quotes are valid for a limited time due to fluctuating travel rates. We recommend timely approval to secure availability and pricing. 3. Payment Terms - Payment for flights, hotels, or packages is due upon confirmation. - We accept payments via Visa debit card, credit card, AMEX, PayPal, bank transfer). - Invoices and receipts will be provided for all payments. 4 Changes & Cancellations - Changes after booking may be subject to supplier terms and change fees. - Cancellation policies vary by provider (e.g., airline, hotel) and will be outlined at the time of booking. - We will support you in managing changes or cancellations but are not responsible for fees imposed by third-party suppliers. 5. Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies. - Insurance is not included unless specifically requested. 6. Our Responsability - We act as an agent for third-party travel providers and suppliers. - We carefully select our partners, but we are not liable for the actions, delays, or service quality of external suppliers. 7. Client Responsibility - You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations) are valid and up to date. - It is your responsibility to review your final itinerary and notify us of any errors or special requirements before booking is finalised.
